Our packages are not suitable for paczkomatów.

Shipping in Poland:

Via courier company DPD - PLN 15 (PLN 19 - cash on delivery)

The fastest way of delivery. Usually next business day delivery if we are able to complete the order on the same day.

•  Couriers normally deliver parcels from an hour. 8.00 to 19.00 - therefore, it is safest to enter the place where you spend most of the day as the delivery address - it can be a place of work (then we must enter the name of the company)
In case the courier does not find anyone at delivery address, will try to deliver the package again on the next working day
If after two days from the date of shipment the courier has not delivered the package - please contact the courier company by phone 22 577 55 55
DPD provides a shipment tracking service - to check where the shipment is currently located, please visit  http://www.dpd.com.pl in the "Find your package" field, enter the shipment number and click "Locate"
•  An order sent by courier can be paid in cash on delivery or by card at the DPD courier (in the order, select the "cash on delivery" payment method).
Please check the package carefully before picking it up from the courier - if it shows signs of mechanical damage, you must open the package in front of the courier, if the content is damaged - you must write down a damage report, which will later be the basis for a complaint about the delivery service. Without the protocol, the complaint will not be accepted! We are not responsible for the consequences of receiving a damaged parcel from the courier.


Shipping abroad - to Germany:

Via courier company DPD - PLN 55

The fastest way of delivery. Usually delivery within 2-3 working days if we are able to complete the order on the same day.
